JobsCD.com is only available to users seeking employment (Jobseekers) or users seeking employees (Employers). By using JobsCD.com, all users agree to accept the following Terms and Conditions:
Jobseekers
Jobseekers agree to use JobsCD.com to seek employment only. Jobseekers may send their resume directly to any Employer who advertises at JobsCD.com. Jobseekers also may upload their resume to JobsCD.com in reply to any job advertisement. Jobseeker's resume will remain active at JobsCD.com unless Jobseeker chooses to delete it, it will be stored in JobsCD.com's database at Jobseeker's own risk. JobsCD.com will not release Jobseeker's private data to any Employer. Jobseekers accept that personal data given to Employers in reply to job advertisement are given entirely at their own risk.
Employers
Employers are entitled to advertise job advertisement at JobsCD.com and will be solely responsible for the contents and materials contained in their job advertisements.
All Users
Jobseekers and Employers agree not to use JobsCD.com for any of the followings:Jobseekers shall not post any non-resume information, false or inaccurate resume information.
Communication between Jobseeker and Employer soliciting other than job employment is prohibited.
All users shall not print, download, duplicate, copy or use any personally identifiable information about other users.
All users shall not delete or revise any material posted by other users.
All users are prohibited to violate the security of JobsCD.com.
All users are prohibited to transmit, distribute or store material in violation of any applicable law or regulation to JobsCD.com.
Disclaimer
JobsCD.com shall not be liable in any event for any losses or damages suffered by any user resulting from their use or inability to use JobsCD.com and its contents.
